2002
Metal Resource Solutions Founded

Metal Resource Solutions was founded by Rich Tereba to serve the needs of the cold heading, cold forming, forming wire, weaving wire, and generally any industry involved with wire fabrication with quality products, quick service, and knowledgeable sales people.

2007

Named by Inc Magazine as an Inc 500 company in recognition as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States

Founder Rich Tereba retires.  His partner, Bob Beebe, takes over as President.  Carl Osborne and Doug Tereba join Bob as owners and head up Sales and Operations.

Metal Resource Solutions begins warhousing in Phoenix, AZ, giving the company three primary warehouse locations.
